Here's a similar situation. Instead of one of our users not checking who they are sending to, we have a vendor who provides various services to our company. The vendor is having serious network problems that affect us and it has been going on for weeks. They are discussing the network problem within their own team over e-mail and somehow they add our e-mail go the distribution list. So we're seeing them bicker among themselves about who is responsible and what they're going to do to fix the situation. The best is when they say, "... so is there anything we can do about this situation do keep from looking stupid every time in front of the customer?" Too funny. After a couple of additional e-mails about, it suddenly becomes quiet, we'd guess because they finally realized that we were on the distribution list.
