I didn’t get that email….

We get a request earlier this week from a help desk tech for some ACL changes.  He must have thought he were retarded cause he told us to detach the attachment make the ACL changes, reattach and send it back to him.  We were all set to fulfill his request when we realized he had sent us the wrong file, which is fine, maybe the retard picked the wrong file.  We send back that the file was wrong and that he needed to send back the correct file, and we don’t hear from him in days.  Finally we get a reply back asking for the status of the request, DOH!  We tell the retard that we asked him for the correct file before we can proceed.  The reponse we get?  “Oh I didn’t get that email…”  Oh yes you did you fucking retard!  I hate it when people pull that fucking line, especially when the message was sent via our internal email systems and there is little chance that it didn’t make it.  Idiots!
