The retard was just trying to help….

We needed to help a client today who was working with a remote vendor.  The remote vendor was apparently trying to “help” the client out by telling the client to change settings on their network without even knowing how the clients network was setup.  Needless to say after  all the changes were made nothing worked anymore for the client and the remote vendor just shrugged their shoulders and offered no more of their retarded help.  This is about the time we get the call to clean up the mess the retarded vendor made, IDIOT!!
